The theme: "BRIDGING THE GAP FOR RETURNING CITIZENS" focuses primarily on bridging the gap between Returning Citizens and Law Enforcement. Hince, our Keynote Speaker will be non other than Lake County's very own SHERIFF MARK CURRAN.
